This is reflected not only in prices but also in market circulation speed. Many top-tier seed materials are quickly acquired by collectors or institutions as soon as they appear." Professor Wang further pointed out that this supply-demand imbalance is the core driver behind price increases.
From an investment perspective, the value preservation and appreciation attributes of Hetian jade seed materials are becoming increasingly prominent. Compared to the more volatile stock or real estate markets, high-quality Hetian jade seed materials are considered a stable long-term investment due to their non-renewable nature, profound cultural heritage, and unique artistic value. According to a report by a private wealth management institution, the average annual compound growth rate for top-tier Hetian jade seed materials over the past five years reached approximately 10%, outperforming most traditional investment products during the same period.
