* Provincial and Municipal Gemstone Testing Centers: For example, testing institutions in jade distribution centers like Guangdong and Yunnan are also relatively reliable, but their specific recognition in the industry needs to be considered. 2. Interpreting Certificate Content: You Must Understand These Key Information!

When you get a certificate, don't just stop at 'Natural Jadeite'; there's a lot of information inside!

* Appraisal Conclusion: This is the most important! For example, 'Jadeite (A-grade)' means natural jadeite that has not undergone any artificial optimization or treatment. If you see 'Jadeite (B-grade)', 'Jadeite (C-grade)', or 'Jadeite (B+C-grade)', then you need to be vigilant, as these are treated, and their value is greatly reduced, perhaps even lacking collection value! I once encountered a client who spent a fortune on a piece of 'ice-kind floating green jadeite', but the certificate stated 'Jadeite (B-grade)'. She was stunned; the actual value of that jade was less than one-tenth of what she paid.
* Total Mass: This is the weight of the jade, usually in grams (g). For jade of the same quality, the greater the weight, the higher the value. For example, a 50-gram Hetian jade pebble and a 10-gram one, even if their jade quality is similar, the price difference will be huge.
